Jon is a Florida and North Carolina transplant by way of Atlanta, GA and Los Angeles, CA. In 2013, after many years as a CEO for his own marketing firm, he decided to do what he was most passionate about: sell real estate. Jon's passion grows from his love of establishing relationships and helping people with what is probably one of the most important decisions of their lives – buying and selling a home. Good communication is the key to every successful sale and Jon thrives on managing the entire buying & selling process for his clients – ensuring they are informed at every step. 

He has sold over $100 million in Saint Petersburg, around Tampa Bay, and in Charlotte, NC, and is ready to help you on your journey. In addition, Jon helps clients with staging and design to sell within the interception of marketing and post purchases and also manages minor rehabs or facelifts to ensure your home sales or your forever home is just that! Now  Jon  is  growing  with  offices  at  his  second  home  in  North  Carolina.

When Jon is not working hand in hand with clients, appearing on TV dishing the latest in real estate, you can find him spending time exploring all the cities has to offer alongside his trusted companion and fur buddy, Charlie.
